Claude Dottins represented himself as a contractor and I contracted with him to remodel my kitchen. He was given $15000.00 in checks to fabricate kitchen cabinets and purchase new kitchen appliances. He gutted my kitchen and failed to do work for more than two months leaving an incomplete kitchen. Each week he had an excuse why he could not complete the work. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I plan on filing a suit against him and any business associated with him.
