I was solicited by door to door people in the middle of July 2013. They told me my rates would be much cheaper than what I already had. I'm a single mom and had just lost my job so I was sucked in. Anything to cut some costs. They didn't even care that the bill wasn't even in my name. Well I ended up screwing myself. My bill more than doubled. I'm paying over $500 a month in the winter. I am finally getting it switched to a different company but I'm out hundreds of dollars by this scummy company. Not to mention my old cheap supplier apparently doesn't even take new customers in the area anymore as I can't even find it.
