I recorded the entire cpnversation with these scam artists. I asked them to stop calling me and they began to get snotty. I told them I would file a complaint witht he FTC and provide them with the recorded call. When the Robo caller called me again, I answered the qualifies with fake answers and still the call was transferred. Question 1. Do I like to cruse Question? I like chocolate 2. am I over 18 I said I was 6000. Do I have a valid Credit Card, I said I have a food stamp card and the machine said GREAT and transferred me to the agent. The Agent claimed to be a senior agent. I aked for the address and phone number and was provided with 2419 E. Commerce St. Suite 100, Ft. Lauderdale Florida 33308 (Which happens to be to a real A+ rated cruise line that has nothing to do with them) and a phone number of 800-219-8695. This provies that they are responsable for the call. When I told the I would be filing another complaitn with the FTC, they laughed and got a manager who began to badger me and she became a bitch. They did not care that FTC complaints were filed..The Company is Holiday Cruise Lines and they are currently being sued in California for violations of Privacy and the Do not call registry. When I asked the girl for her address she had to put me on hold so she could go and google a reputable company to use in her scam. Best thing to do is to file FTC complaints every time you get a call. RECORD IT! Send the file to the FTC. Believe it or not, they do track these people down and take legal action.
