Awakened from sleep with phone call about this service which I found out later my husband had refused. Stated it was unique and no other company offered these services. Began to have money taken via credit card. When I did find out we already belonged to an organization that offered this service I attempted to cancel. Bank gave me name of who to contact, did so but this company continued to deduct from my credit card. Attempted again with notification supervisor would get back with me in 24-48 hours that was 7 days ago, they have again charged my credit card. Waiting on phone to speak to someone, already on hold for 30 minutes.
