As with others, I tried the 'free' trial. they then charge my account 2x for $80 and change, when i called furious they said the return was supposed to have been a week early as per the disclaimer to which i told them their site when down and i never got a disclainer and had to call them to even check on my "free" bottle. They gave me 1/2 the money back and now are charging me again for $1.95 - for what? And now when i call either of their numbers 800-358-3090 or 800-309-8590 it rings for a bit then rings busy.
