Urgent Technological Help, UTH, called my household telling me my computer was infected with viruses and that they wanted to help me get them off of my computer. They took control of the computer, and installed many desktop shortcuts before I realized it was a scam. I nearly lost $122.22, and maybe loads of personal information.
