I was charged the full amount for both Slim Optimum and Detox Pro before I was even able to give it a trial period. You basically have to cancel the "membership" before you get the trial bottles or you are charged the full amount. And when I asked for a refund, they said it could only be for unopened bottles. So, I'm not sure how you're supposed to "try" it. When I called the number, I spoke to "Michelle" and she could "not" transfer me to a supervisor. This is definitely a scam. Someone really should do something about this company. I wish I would have done more research before doing their "free trial".
