keep charging me 16.99 dollars every month without my permission. recently I checked my account and found these problems. I just want my money back. As a student with no salary,that is a lot for me. I even don't know, where i became the member of this company. It is so ridiculous that they deduct my money from my account without sending me e-mails or messages. I called their customers service, they didn't give me answers just and told me they will call me latter. After that, I didn't receive calls from them.
