I received a call from a guy who said his name was James Watson from us financial Resources. He told me I qualified for a 3,000 grant. he told me I would be charged a one time fee of 3.87 for a conformation code,user name and password. I had a feeling there was something wrong but I needed the money so I went through with it. I gave him my debit card number and my other information. The next day I went to check my balance an seen that they took 35.00 out of my account. This is wrong and someone should be held accountable!
