I applied for a free trial and paid £4.95 postage. They took two lots of this from my account. Later that day I emailed them to cancel any membership with them as the small print said if you didnt cancel within 14 days then you have to pay £89.95 every month. I got a reply from them confirming that I had cancelled membership with them and they would not take any further payments from me. Two weeks later they took £89.95 from my bank and the next day took a further £87.63. I have tried emailing them again but have not had a response. I have tried calling their number but it just rings out. I am awaiting my bank's fraud team to reopen after the bank holidays. I'm very concerned that they could just clear my account if they wanted to. Has anyone recovered any of the money stolen??
