After completing a survey online i was given the opportunity of having a free trial with only p & p costs. I checked the details as fully aware of scams, & nowhere did it say about additional monies being taken. The £4.95 delivery charge was taken from my credit card but 5 days later a payment of almost £180 was also taken...I've never received the goods so tried contacting customer services. Telephone number just rings out & no responce to my email.
