I sent for samples to try on the 24th November 2014plus the delivery three days, and before the 14 days they took £95 out of my account.plus a direct debit has been set up with out my autherisation.I have contacted the bank to stop more DD going out of my account.I do think this is a disgrace and they should be stopped from this malpractice as once the amout has been drawn the bank said they are not able to retrieve.
