It took them a long time to fix, pretend to fix, my computer. I didn't know I had a problem. The very next day, I received a call stating they had made a mistake and were going to credit my bank account for $199.00. I told them to credit my Discover Card since that is where it was charged. They stated that they couldn't do that and needed me to log onto my bank account so they could transfer the funds. I hung up and they continued to call back and wanted to know why I had hung the phone up on them. I told them that I was aware of the fact that they were a scam and had notified the police and my bank. I was told to call them at 1-877-750-6443 if I ever had any problem. I am going to call them tomorrow to let them know that I am disputing the amount with Discover Card because I know they are a scam.
