In October 2013 I was contacted by Right Choice Transfer and they informed me that they could transfer my time share. The cost to do this would be $2,975.00 and would take 6 - 9 months and that they would pay any future maintenance fees. In December 2014 I faxed my 2015 time share maintenance fees to RTC. RTC contacted me and said they are not paying my time share maintenance fees even if the contract said they would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD. I have filed a complaint with my state AG, California AG and BBB along with the FTC. PLEASE BE AWARE.
