Stay far away from Bill. He may ask you to borrow money for a bunch of different reasons. They are all lies. It's either for gambling money, or to pay other people off. He's already tapped out all of his family members. He paid me some of my money back but there are other people out there that he has stiffed. Guy has every excuse in the book!
