<p>Charged my card for not using their services. I used their <strong>eFax free trial</strong> services one time during my one month free trial offer and then never used their services again. I forgot to cancel my account so after the one time use I forgot about my eFax account. After noticing <a title="eFax is the global leader in Internet fax services eFax, fax to email, Internet fax service, email fax, electronic fax, Internet faxing, fax software" href="http://www2.efax.com/"><em>eFax Internet Fax to Email Services to Send Faxes Online</em></a> charged my credit card I got on their website and spoke to a customer service representative about cancelling their <span><a class="attribute-value">Internet fax services</a></span>. After eFax <span><a class="attribute-value">Internet fax service for email fax, electronic fax and Internet faxing charges your card they <strong>do not offer a refund</strong>, even if you do not use their services.</a></span></p>
