They called me on Saturday, December 13th at about 9:30 A.M. I was sleeping---They told me they were from windows tech support and that I had problems with my computer. Told me to get in front of my computer. I questioned them alot. and he just started to get rude. I ask if there was someone I could call to verify them and he just said if I didn't give him an answer he was going to hang up and I wouldd'nt be able to access mu computer. they had already done something so I couldn't get into my computer. I didn't know what to do so I let them go ahead ane supposedly clean my computer. well they did nothing. They put nothing on my desktop---I had nothing but a caller ID phone number.They did say their names were Mark Hammer and supervisor Ashton Alexander. they did'nt help my computer at all in fact it was made worse..These people shouldn't be trusted---They are Scamers
