I placed my order and received a receipt from efix.com. When I entered the license key that was
on the receipt, the program stated the key was not valid.

I have asked repeatedly for a workable license and all their support will do is send me an expired key from last year. I have sent an email with a full and complete description of my problem and included a copy of their receipt to me. Only more expired license keys are sent.

It appears to me that this company has become a scammer and takes money without delivering a workable product.

I purchased a 1 year product and license in Dec 2013 and the program worked fine for me, hence my willingness to renew my license.

I would suggest that everyone trying to purchase eFix Pro stop and save themselves time, mpney, aqnd a lot of aggravation.
