I should have known better but I too ordered the Free Trial of Green Garcinia Pro & Ven Cleanse on Nov 16, and my credit card was charged 2 x $4.95 USD although both items came in the same package to my home in Calgary, CANADA 10 days later.

On Dec 5, I received another 60 caps of GG which I had not ordered. I then checked and on Nov 30 my card was charged a further $94.03 CDN and on Dec 6, a further charge of $105.34 CDN was made.

I contacted my bank and they confirmed the 1-888-548-6661 number (on the bottle) was correct for the GG then gave me 1-877-550-2453 for the "Diet" customer service department.

I called this 2nd number and spoke to a rep (that I could barely understand) who told me I had agreed to their terms and conditions which stated I only had 14 days to cancel. She did agree to cancel my subscription but told me I would not get a refund. She eventually offered 2 x $15 USD refund and, after some arguing back and forth, she finally agreed to refund me 2 x $40 USD. The Customer Service Rep had to e-mail me the offer and I had to reply saying I agreed but, at least I have something in writing.

I am particularly disappointed as the video advertisement included a clip from a Dr. Oz program which, I am assuming, they did not have copyright permission to use.
