I ordered a free sample of Equinox night and day serum on 4th September 2014. The advert stated all I had to pay was £2.99. The cream arrived a week or so later. On checking my bank statements I checked the date of the £2.99 transaction, which was correct. To my amazement, I found a further transaction on 24 September for £89.00. I felt like I had been poleaxed. I never authorised this payment at all. Under the circumstances I would request a refund of £89 which equates to $139.46. A second product I ordered, again with a postage of £2.99, has produced the same results. This time £79 / $123.79 has, been taken from my bank account on 25 November 2014. Once again causing a knock on effect with my direct debits. I cannot afford to lose this kind of money. The unauthorised payments meant that all of my direct debits were declined. Not only am I in debt now for the amount of the direct debits, I have bank charges to pay!!!! I would never have purchased anything if I had known I was signing up to this. I am disgusted.
