In Jan 2014 i was contacted with this big deal in GoGreen shares GOGR_4 with a return in 3 months which never happened.In July i was contacted again by James Henley for a bigger IPO for Energex and like a fool i fell for that and invested again knowingly that the first one did not materialize.End of August i was contacted again to invest an additional $21,000 for 40,000 Energex shares and Go Green will be sold and offset against the Energex shares.However funds were returned as unknowing to me i used the first banking details received.When i spoke to James he informed me the details had changed as the 1st account received too much funds.I smelt a rat and Audited all previous emails and documentation to find that Westhill has used 3 different bank accounts in Jakarta to siphon funds.After several emails to James Henley,Jessica Moore and Arthur Dalton i received a phone call from Michael on 10 Nov to inform me not to believe what is posted on scam and lots of stories,He promised me to try and calm my fears by supplying me with proof of my shares and will phone me the next day on 11 Nov,thus to date of 26 Nov no phone call or responses to my emails.I am of the opinion to fly to Jakarta on 10 Dec to formally lay a fraud and corruption case against Westhill as 1st respondent and each individual as 2nd respondent.Can some please email me if the 13 complaints lodged are making one case or individually or know of an alternative way forward.I will leave no stone unturned to ensure they are brought to justice.My email is [email protected]
