The company calls itself "US Immigration Organization" (www.usaimmigrationsupport.com). The website is makes itself for anyone looking for the department of state website to accidentally stumble upon their website instead. The site is very misleading and makes it easy for users to mistake the site for the US Dept of State website. Users can fill out US Dept of State immigration forms on the website. The site charges fees that I thought were my application fees to the government (and most reasonable people would likely think the same thing). The site uses electronic checks only rather than credit cards (presumably to avoid chargebacks). The website freezes the application for several days waiting for the money to clear so the user cannot do a stop payment on the check. Then, once they have safely gotten away with the users money, they send the user an email that says the application is ready. When the user looks at the electronic application after it's "unfrozen" the application says it must be printed and mailed to the department of state WITH the FULL application fee. The site is misleading, giving the impression that you ARE submitting the application when you are filling it out on their website, and that you ARE paying the fee when they ask for your bank information. If the user just went to the Dept of State website, you can fill out the forms online there for free, print them out and mail them in with the fee. This company provides no additional service of any kind whatsoever that I can identify. The phone number listed on their website does not connect to anyone. There are no operators or anything, it goes straight to a voicemail. And they don't respond to email inquiries either. This company and website are a 100% fraud, scamming consumers out of their money when people think they are paying US government application fees.
