He works with others on scams, a team that backs him up, and reassures his work, then blames you for your trust. Justin was extremely talented at persuasive communication, in regards to safety and building codes, with phenomenal capabilities in destruction; but, when it came down to rebuilding, and seeing a project to completion according to a well written contract... it was a scam!!!
He is notorious to leave you in midstream, with nowhere to to go... he assured me there was no need for permits, license, and contractors..." it is done within the confines of our walls," he said... left wood burning in my backyard to awaken neighbor's attentions, who have called me when they left with a fire unattended... he knows what he/they is/are doing... they are the Contractor of their scam!
i feel violated, and unsafe. They should not be allowed out on $3,000 bail... this is an insult to all those they have harmed, including check cashing stores.

Although they aren't the only one scamming innocent citizens in the US; the trouble is our life, our safety is endangered by people who have received their american citizenship illegally to manipulate and con innocent families struggling to make ends meet... we have enough rodents, and scavengers.

a sad development, but sorrow is but a taste of their predicaments, although i realized the Russian mafia is not likely to take your sons through college or attend your funeral as Italian mob do... these Russians are Cold blooded!!!

to all Deputies, sheriffs, police, attorneys, judges, and people... these people talk a fantastic game, you'd be fools to believe a single word they say. they truly are Professional scam artists. $25,000.00 in three months. for 17 days of work, a few sheet rock, couple of 4X4's, 10 bags of cement, a few tiles, and some plywood...
