I purchased a home warranty from this company. I spoke with them in Sept and Oct 2014 regarding policy. Never was it mentioned there were any financial issues. They stopped returning calls, they have disconnected phones and they claim to be filing Bankruptcy although I can find no proof of a bankruptcy filing under this name.
They are in breach of contract.
