I ordered then cancelled a product from an online company then had regret, called my bank and cancelled the order explaining that the company was using very questionable methods in marketing and that on line complaints were numerous against them.
I checked with my bank, the $4.95 charge was removed, I cancelled my card and had it replaced.
Yesterday someone called from Bella Labs saying that I hadn't completed my order, I explained that I didn't want to have the product, citing their very questionable marketing practices, the male called said "ok" and the call was terminated.
Now today I received a email stating that "the product was on the way", I sent an email as no one answered the phone # provided, and told them to stop the shipment, and if the product did arrive i'd consider it a gift since I had no intentions of spending my money in returning it.
I am waiting to see what happens. But under NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THEY GETTING A CENT OUT OF ME.
