I ordered two samples of a beauty product for free but paid £2.99 postage. Two weeks later when checking my bank account I found they had taken £89 and £79 for the creams. At no time was I informed that it was not a free sample and that I wouldbe charged that amount of money. I am a pensioner and there is no way I would spend all that money on face creams
