On 01/09/2014 I purchased a small face cream from this company for the price of £2.99 as a sample which was the ONLY item i wanted.
A day or so later another cream appeared on my door step, then other, and other, and another!
I did not wish to subscribe to anything and i certainly did not want any more creams!
So far they have charged me:
£89.00 for natural skin
£95.00 for AGE REVITALS EQUINOX
£95.95 for SKIN DELUX
£99.95 for SKIN GLOW EQUINOX
In total they have charged me £379.90!
I have returned all of the items back to them, listed above, with the relevant returns slips. I expected a full refund for all of the items listed above but to date I have still not received any refunds and i am now stugling to contact the company.
Due to these very high amounts of cash leaving my bank account i am now in a lot of financial strain.
I will be contacting the financial ombudsman if they do not respond, but ideally i need want this issue resolved quickly.

As a fulfilment company we do not advertise or sell our client’s products. We store and ship products, on behalf of our clients, to their UK customers. It is possible you received a product shipped by us, however we aren't the company you ordered it from. We also don't handle the financial accounts for our clients, so we won't be able to help with refunds or cancellations. We are, simply, given a daily list of orders to be shipped. It’s also possible you ordered the product through a reseller and not directly through our client. I would suggest you go back to the website you ordered the product from and look up the contact details there. Sorry we can’t be of more help with this.
