Purchased two dozens of no name sunglasses. Price on the website clearly stated price per dozen (have screenshots). When the time of declared delivery passed I asked about the goods. I was told that the customs held it. What a load of BS. The dates on the stamp did no match what I was told. Instead of 24 pairs of sunglasses, I received two pairs of fake Gucci ones. I can't wear them, can't sell them. I am emailing with "Mary" who kept telling me they did nothing wrong and I had to explain several times what they actually did wrong. I was told my money was refunded on the 9th September. It might take 15-45 days depending on the bank. Another load of BS. I asked about transfer details so my bank can track the payment. First, my demand was overlooked. Yesterday, I was told the boss is out for a business so the girl did not have the details for me. I just sent her an email, that I want my money back this Friday(24.10.14) at the latest or I will pass the information to FBI for investigation for money laundering etc.... As far as I know the company is set up in the USA but does the business from China. Chinese officials might be also interested.
