I am in australia and I also got scammed. I read an article from a news woman reporting how good cambodia was, then clicked on the link and was brought to bio trims website.

I am in complete shock! Unlike many others who purchased a product and got overcharged, i never even purchased anything yet they charged my card anyways.

To explain, I had a choice of of buying 5, 3 or 1 bottle. When buying either 5 or 3 bottles i could get free shipping but if you only bought one bottle, free shipping was not included. I decided to go for one bottle (try it out and see if it worked) as long as the shipping cost was not over the top.

After choosing the 1 bottle option, i was brought to the next page, where they immediately asked for my credit card details. I admit it raised some red flags as i didnt even have an order summary and as of yet had no idea what the shipping cost would be.

Unfortunately, I continued to the next page assuming it would give me an order summary detailing the total cost of my order including shipping and then at that point there would be a "confirm order" button and I could, depending on shipping cost choose to make the purchase or not.

When I clicked on the next page, they then tried to sell me another product, buy one get one free sort of thing. I said "no thanks", next page same thing, I said again "no thanks". Third page, omg, same thing. At this point i told myself, this is ridiculous! I became annoyed and suspicious. I dont like these companies, that just don't let u purchase what u want and try to sell u one thing after another.

At that point, I just clicked off the site, and didnt think another thing about it until 2 days later when I went into my internet banking and found they had fraudulently charged my card.

I was just so upset! A Complete fraud! I never confirmed an order, i never even got as far as to see the final cost of the order or shipping, i never received an order number.

They got my credit card number and took it upon themselves to charge my card.

When I called them the next morning, the lady was completely rude and unapologetic after I explained that they had fraudulently charged my card. I got really upset me when she kept saying "the order I had purchased". I kept telling her, in fact i had not made a purchase at all.

She then proceeded to tell me how would they have my credit card details if i didnt make a purchase.

I was very clear, and said i had not confirmed any purchase. She was very good at playing dumb.

She then said it had already been shipped and that when it arrived I could send in a return form but would have to paythe shipping cost to return it. I certainly was not going to pay a cent.

I was unable to stay on the phone wit her as i had to start work, i hung up on saying i would call back later.

After work i went to my bank and put in a dispute.

I then called them back, and received another extremely rude lady. I asked to speak to the complaints department or management, to be told there was no complaints department and that I could call back in 8 hrs to talk to a manager. What the??? That would be the middle of the night, australian time. It clearly states that hours are between 8am and 5pm, australian time. Plus I had already tried to call them at 7;45am that morning to say it was not within their working hours.

Clearly she was lying and just giving me the run around. Finally I explained every thing again and that my card was fraudulently charged.

She proceeded to tell me that i put in my credit card so i must have made the purchase.

I said I changed my mind in the middle of the purchase and never confirmed anything. she then grilled me on why i would put it in my credit card number if it was not to make a purchase and why would i change my mind in the middle of the transaction.

I must admit I got quite angry and said it was my bleeping right to change my mind if I wanted to and until I was on the order summary page and pressed confirm my order, it didnt give them the right to charge my card, and it was out and out fraud.

I also found it strange they never once asked me for my order number like every other company does, only my name and and number.
Very suspicious!

Finally she left me on hold and came back to say she had spoke to a manager (hmmm... interesting since i was told earlier there was no manager available) and I could get a refund. She gave me a refund number and said it would take 7-10days.

That was only a few hours ago, so it is yet to be seen if the refund will come thru. I told them when i got the refund I would withdraw my dispute that I filed with my bank.

I must admit after reading many of the reviews, i am not very optimistic that I will actually receive a refund.

Also very helful to read i can refuse the delivery if or when it comes. Was not aware of that.

I have never dealt with such a HORRIBLE company in my life. Buyers beware!!! Do not order anything from these people.

What is the scariest thing of all, is that they can have so many complaints and yet still be doing business??? what does it take to shut a company like this down? They are blatantly stealing from people and getting ways with it.

I have never written one review in my life, good or bad, I don't like the computer and would much prefer to be doing other things, however I could not let this one go, that's how bad it was.

I hope something will finally be done to stop this company and their fraudulent practices.
