i saw website on facebook. looked legit. said to enter credit card details to verify over 18. Website page clearly said no charges applicable. The next day I sent a mail to them to cancel. 3 days later they deducted the amount. I sent them mails every day since the 11th of October. Eventually called them yesterday. they said they could not cancel because I did not call them and that they did not receive any of my mails. STrange as I used the exact same e-mail address as on their website and the two call centre ladies I spoke to confirmed the e-mail address to be correct. I have taken this up with my credit card company. this is a fraudulent company and they need to be stopped.
