I bought a product from this company which clearly claim it is a free trial for first product only for me to check my account later to realise they have dedacted more than 200usd without me receiving any product. I wondered why, called them and no one picked up. I just checked my account this morning and realised they have deducted more than 100 usd still without any product. I finally was able to get in touch with them and they only told me they can cancel the monthly suscriptions but I cannot get the money back. how in the hell do I pay for sevices I have not received.
