International boundaries

It has come to the attention of my organization that employees from your organization, Exhibitors Housing Services, are calling exhibitors of this organization’s international Trade Show (the “Show”) and Exhibitors Housing Services are misrepresenting themselves as agents of, or otherwise affiliated with, this Show and further misrepresenting that is authorized to act on behalf of MACS Worldwide.
EHS employees are, without consent or authority of MACS Worldwide, using information from MACS Worldwide’s website; namely company names and contact information.

Exhibitors Housing Services is then calling members of this organization to solicit hotel rooms by misleading them into believing that they are agents of MACS Worldwide. In doing so, they then inform the exhibitor that they know they have not made their hotel reservations and then they misleadingly say that the host hotel, the Caribe Royale is sold out or that they have a lower room rate and they then offer to book the hotel for them.
