Chris Evans hired me to gather data from him from a certain site using his login temporarily and then had me create a login of my own. I accumulated 387.00 of wages due and was in contact with Chris throughout this time, documented by phone calls, emails, and texts. He quit responding to me after a while and then changed his phone number to avoid paying me. This guy is a low life and I do plan on pursuing this. I'm just not sure if it's a civil complaint or a labor board complaint because he hired me as an independent contractor.
