First letter came on 8/16/2014. Responded same day by sending money order $19.87. Then another came on 9/25/2014 aknowledging receipt. Sent $20.00 same day for another trust. Trust numbers were DT004-14 and DT001-15.

Need to correct amount sent to $49.87

On 9/26/2014, I,be gotten a letter requiring me to respond by 2 October 2014 only with authenticated response form. Otherwise disqualification procedures would reduce my share to zero dollars.
