Yesterday 9/25/14 Mega Million sweepstakes called me to say I had won! A prize of $2.5! A "Mr. David Anderson" who claimed to be the company's CEO MANAGER called and spoke to me personally. He asked if I was able to get 2 money pak reload cards and as soon as the info was received for the tax fee then his crew would have clearance to bring my $2.5 million dollar winnings to my home. With cameras and all! Mega million dolar sweepstakes reps have been on and off the phone with my wife and I for about 4 now. Explaining & re explaining what we had purchased, how we got it, where we got it and the still unanswered question is WHY it was no longer showing the balance of which we placed on it. Today I got a reload card for the higher amount being asked for and gave the 14 digit # to this person whom claimed it was $0.00 balance. A so called secretary got on phone to do nothing but call out her partners lies. This David guy cussed at me a few times and told me to calm down. WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS? Think about it Considering I was the one who has money floating in thin air I tried to remain calm. Yet when he was speaking to my wife he told her to shut up. I was doing good by keeping my kool! I attempted to get as much info as i could realizing i may have been scammed. That guys customer service needs work... no matter if he is a scamer or not he should take a class or something. I have to say that when I told him I was having green dot customer service rep. Investigate the account the card had been loaded to his attitude got MUCH WORSE. He said to my wife "ma'am F*** you" & hasn't hasn't returned our calls since.
