These guys will charge you without an invoice or reciept and then call/text/email you to collect. Never deal with Times Telecom or TTI Communications (they might have other names) because they will rip you off. Even did a BBB complaint against Times Telecom or TTI Communications but they just ignored the BBB. Times Telecom or TTI Communications are crooks.
