I had ordered a trial sample and then received a second bottle with no cost connected and found that they had withdrawn the amount above from my account again. I called to cancel any additional transactions and was told I would get a confirmation email. I have yet to receive anything from this company. Can't get thru on the customer care number and when I did the first time, I couldn't understand the gentleman on the other end of the line. I'm frustrated and don't want any further dealings with this company. I will be contacting my bank as well.
