I ordered a free trial offer for my wife but was unaware that I had to contact in writing within 14days, ordered free trial on 8th September 2014, received goods 7days later, they charged my account for £184:00 on the 22nd September 2014. I feel ripped off as have tried to phone the contact number only to get a taxi firm in Gateshead North East England. Going to bank to stop further withdrawals and try writing to the adders given on site.F#^><!?##~\+#%^s.
