Dear, when I have requested for cashout they are cheating:

Payout amount $2.5150
Payout minimum $0.00
Withdraw fees $1.26
Net amount $1.26
when I clicked "Request payout" button this message appears:
Payout request refused
The maximum payout amount per request is:$0.02
after that I also try this, next message appeared:
Payout request refused
Payza requires a minimum of 1 USD to be transferred.
After that I try for that 1 dollar than same first message appeared.
Please help me for that.
