On Friday the 5th of september I've ordered a ladies wintercoat (i.e.:Parajumpers Long Bear), for which I've payed in advance with my credit card. A few minutes placing my order I've got a confirmation of my purchase stating that it should take "5 - 7 business days" for my order to arrive at my door.
Unfortunately it didn't happen. After that I have sent an e-mail to their customer service asking when can I expect to receive my package. In reply they provided my with a fake trace&track number, and ask to contact them after additional 10 days if my jacket isn't there yet!
Yesterday I have sent then another message asking where my order is; I didn't get any answer back!

Please help me to get at least my money back.
