as i browsed on my laptop an email popped up for me to get a free sample from your company only to pay for postage on looking at my receent bank statement, i noticed a sustantional money was taken out! why did this happen? spoke to your advisor on the phone and i was ridiculed by them, how rude was they!!! i requested my money back but was told no way, how can this be when it was a "free sample" 200+ pounds taken!!!!!!!
