Dan is selling boats he don't have or own. He is scamming people out of money and stealing boats and selling them and not giving sellers the money. He will pretend to be working for a dealer and taking money. When you show up to get your boat its not there and no one knows anything about Dan Loftis taking your money. He is being watched by the FBI and hopefully will be picked up soon. So far he has scammed people out of $500,000
