I thought I was ordering free samples of Anti Wrinkle Cream and paying only the shipment charges of less than $5. On 8/20/14.
My account was charged $10.98 on 8/20/14 from Value Health and another charge on the 8/20/14 of $49.95 to Beauty Gal and on 9/5/14 a charge of $75.94 Value Health all located in Burbank, Ca.
I never got the free sample.
