I signed on for an internet search to get name or title holder of a car offered to my family for cash sale, and the fee was $1 with an increase to $24.63 if the name with address of titleholder was necessary. This was 7/25/12 and I ordered it and paid for it. And beginning the last day of the following they began sending a bill to my credit card for services not ordered, not received, never billed for and unauthorized.
