i bought a money pak from wall-mart in Feb 2014 for 1000 usd i used 345 of it .now i cant access the rest because the card has been miss placed .. i thought the money would of been loaded to my wallet but it has not been i called Paypal . they located the perches and directed me to call green dot so i did asking for help the hung up on me i called again asked to speak to a supervise they told me no and hung up on me again i got the service reps name and employee id number . where do i go now
