A rep from this company by the name of Jasmine called my parents home. She spoke to my mother and not only did she disclose all of the details of my debt to my mom, she also lied to her advising her they have called me several times and I have not returned thier calls. I know she lied because when I called them I asked a different rep when they tried to reach me last, he told me last call was made on 07/13/2013 over 1 yr ago. When I asked him why I wasn't contacted since then he advised that my debt was considered a low balance and was not priority. They receive 2500-3000 accounts from Check N Go a month and they work the higher balances more often.
Jasmine also gave my mother all of the references from my original application including names and phone #s and advised my mother that I had fraud charges pending against me. I paid the debt off today and have no problem paying back any money I have ever borrowed. A few years ago i got caught up in these payday loans, I went through a consolidation company and paid them off. This debt was not included, had I been aware of it earlier I would have paid it off.
