Spoke ane texted this man for 4 months. He claimed he had been awarded a contract through the N.Y. Urban Development. Over time, he needed money for expenses while in N.Y. Then in August, the bank was ready to release funds but needed $1524.00 for the cars to be released. We had spoken of marriage and had plans. Or so I thought. I sent the money and now he has disappeared. One other time I sent him $800.00. Do not believe anyone on dating sites.
