I ordered their product Diox-Silicium based on a brochure I received about the product. When I received the product, the main ingredient was Glucosamine and MSM, The Diox Silicum was listed in other ingredients. I immediately sent the product back unopened, after I called and got an RMA, as i already take Glucosamine. The customer service is a wall between the company and the customer, and they will not give any information about this company to write or call them. I did find that it is a Fortis company. Product by American Organic Laaboratory. My problem is that is over 2 and 1/2 months and they keep stalling about giving my refund. What kind of company is this that does not honor their guarante.
