At the beginning of this month, August2014, there was an advert for free sample of skin cream. It wasnt actually free as they wanted £2.99 for postage which i thought fair so went ahead. i have just seen on my bank statement that yes, the £2.99 have come out but 2 days later they have taken out £89.00!!!, i have received nothing else and ordered nothing! How can i get my money back?! How can this be stopped? I dont know who to get in touch with!
