Singed up for Risk Free Trial of a skin care product.
I never received the product and they still billed me #150! Not so free after all. They then refused to provide a refund stating they would resend the product I had never received, but as I was now outside the cancellation period!! I was not entitled to a refund!!
Extremely poor customer service. They made it very clear all they wanted was my money.
